She Nailed It Women’s Empowerment LLC was founded by Lora D. Charles, Founder and Visionary. Rooted in Judges chapter 4, our story honors the different ways women answer God’s call. Deborah served as a prophetess and judge, offering wisdom and direction to Israel. Jael held no public leadership office in the account, yet her courageous action helped bring victory. Their stories remind us that God works through women in different places, with different gifts and responsibilities.

Our story reaches beyond a single conference. Local gatherings, online connections, and international relationships bring women together to learn, encourage one another, and answer the call of God in their lives.

Through empowerment classes, leadership development, prayer gatherings, mentorship, business networking, and community outreach, we make room for women to share their gifts and hear one another’s stories.
